Clay Steves

CEO

With over 12 years of orthopedic industry experience, Clay founded Habakkuk in 2013 with the vision to help restore life within the orthopedic community. Clay is responsible for the vision and direction of Habakkuk. He maintains connections and relationships with manufacturer top executives as well as lead and develops Habakkuk’s Senior Staff. 

Jared Allen

VP of Ortho

Jared is responsible for growing Habakkuk’s orthopedic sales by finding new surgeon partners and creating focus targets. He also leads and empowers the Ortho field team members. 

Mason Mattocks

Ortho Service Consultant

Mason’s responsibilities include providing excellent surgical coverage and surgeon service as well as training and preparing our ortho sales team to be able to provide the best possible case coverage for our surgeons.

Quincy Taylor

Creative Media Director

​Quincy is responsible for all things marketing, public relations and storytelling. She also helps run our HR, Team Development and Community Engagement teams.


Greg Sise

Spine Sales Rep

​As a Spine Sales Rep, Greg is tasked with growing our spine sales with new surgeons and products as well as providing excellent case coverage and service to his focus accounts.

Ortho Sales Representative

As an Ortho Sales Rep, Luke is responsible for providing excellent surgical coverage and surgeon service by ensuring the equipment is properly set up and surgery runs smoothly.

Kristy Lanman

Ortho Service Consultant

As an Ortho Service Consultant, Kristy is responsible for providing excellent surgical coverage and surgeon service by ensuring the equipment is properly set up and surgery runs smoothly.

Justin Robbins

Ortho Service Representative

As an Ortho Service Rep, Justin is responsible for providing excellent surgical coverage and surgeon service by ensuring the equipment is properly set up and surgery runs smoothly.

Ashley Plemons

Inventory Control Manager

Ashley serves as a liaison between our hospitals and manufacturer partners. She provides excellent administrative and logistic support by managing a variety of inventory and data based tasks.

John Mark Lawrence

Inventory Control Associate

​John Mark works as a part-time employee and assists Ashley with inventory by pulling, running and stocking trays from our warehouse to our surgeon’s places of operation.

Lily MacNaughton

Creative Media Intern

Lily currently helps serve our Creative Media team with her creativity and organizational skills.

Kara George

Executive Admin to the CEO

Kara works as a part-time Executive Admin to Habakkuk’s CEO. Her duties include managing the CEO’s e-mails, budgets, calendars and travel schedules.

Sarah Niemitalo

Culture Associate

Sarah utilizes her many skills to help maintain and develop our HR, Team Development, & Community Engagement teams.
