Strategically Serve & Expand Our Oklahoma Spine Team.

Habakkuk is looking for a Spine Sales Representative to join our Oklahoma Spine Team. We are looking for someone with growing leadership skills, the ability to anticipate needs and respond proactively, and a desire to help restore life within the orthopedic community. Previous sales experience is desired.

You Will:

  • Support Oklahoma Spine Team with new and existing surgeon partners
  • Help and support Sales Team Leader in meeting revenue goals for territory
  • Update Sales Team Leader regularly with designate territory news
  • Consistently be aware of lead gathering information to report back to the Sales Team
  • Set up and clean up for surgery
  • Cover all spine surgical cases
  • Effectively manage accounts and establish and grow surgeon partner relationships
  • Work closely with hospital staff to serve surgeon partners
  • Be an expert in all Habakkuk spine products
  • Provide excellent customer service

Habakkuk is looking for a Culture Associate to help support our Culture Division. We are looking for someone with HR experience, growing leadership skills, the ability to anticipate needs and respond proactively, and a desire to help restore life within the orthopedic community.

  • Support the VP of Culture through administrative tasks including planning/organizing, reporting, analysis and special projects
  • Help with day-to-day running of the teams inside the Culture Division which are HR, Team Development and Community Engagement
  • Manage budgeting, reconciliation, reporting and expense management for the Culture Team
  • Collaborate with Creative Media Team to help produce content for the VP of Culture
